Pricing questions

Can I start on one plan and switch later?

Yes. You can move between Starter and Professional at any time from your Subscription page. The new price applies from your next billing date. When a second doctor joins, let us know and we'll move you onto the Practice plan.

How is the Practice plan billed?

R 449 for each doctor account active on your billing date, with a minimum of two doctors. The total never goes above R 2,990 a month, so from seven doctors adding more costs nothing extra. Receptionist accounts are unlimited and free.

Do you charge a percentage of my billings or claims?

No. You pay a flat monthly fee. When you submit electronic medical aid claims, the switching house charges a small per-claim fee (usually around R 6). We pass that fee on at cost, with no markup, and list it on your monthly invoice.

Is there a setup fee or contract?

No setup fee and no contract. Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial, with no card required, and you can cancel at any time. We'll also move your patient data from your current system for free.

Is there a discount for paying annually?

Yes. Pay for a year upfront and you pay for 10 months, so 2 months are free.

Do my patients pay anything?

No. The patient portal and app are free for your patients.
